Mmm, indeed. Reality is a Multiverse populated with infinite, vacillating timelines existing within a Spacetime Matrix built of stories and shaped by consciousness. Simulation Theory is a good metaphor, but we built computers, not the other way around. Check out Donald Hoffman’s book “The Case Against Reality” and Anil K. Seth’s article “The Neuroscience of Reality.” I also recommend Ursula K. Le Guin’s “The Lathe of Heaven” to help conceptualize shifting timelines. “Reality” is far, far wilder than we can fathom.
